AVAILABLE NOW:
- Standard CV Template (these can be customized for individuals or units)
- Annual Activity Report
IN PROGRESS:
- PTR Form
- CIRE Form
- Customized forms for individual units
If you are interested in customizing a report for your unit, please contact interfolio@uconn.edu.
Implementation Timeline
July - Aug 2024
Users will not be able to access HuskyDM past June 30th.
Final configuration and system integrations completed by Implementation Team.
Data migration from HuskyDM to FAR finalizes.
Fall 2024 - Phase 1
Users will be granted access to FAR on October 1, 2024. For the remainder of the 2024 calendar year, faculty should validate their data including updating missing data from HuskyDM, accept records from online data sources, and share feedback/errors with the implementation team.
During this phase, the implementation team will meet with administrative users in units to develop custom reports as requested, as well as a few key institutional vitas like the PTR/PR forms.
Spring 2025 - Phase 2
The implementation team will work to improve any issues identified during phase 1, and will continue to build out reporting features of the system. This will also include connections between FAR and RPT, the Interfolio module for promotion, tenure and reappointment.
Administrators will receive training on reporting features in FAR.
Review, Promotion, Tenure
In AY 22-23, the Provost's Office implemented the following modules currently used for the Promotion, Tenure and Reappointment Process.
- Review, Promotion, Tenure: The RPT module supports the collection of review materials and approval workflows for promotion, tenure, and reappointment cases. The module consists of workflow templates that govern every type of academic review case at UConn.
- Dossier: Dossier is an online platform for faculty to collect and curate scholarly materials in a single, secure file management module. Faculty may curate academic materials and evidence in Dossier throughout the year and easily integrate into their PTR case.
