The Policy on Faculty Compensation and accompanying Procedures, in addition to the companion resources available on this site, serve as a comprehensive toolkit to provide best practices, administrative details, and direction on processing for all types of faculty compensation described in the Policy.

Faculty Compensation Toolkit

The University policy that establishes the standards under which faculty may receive compensation from the University or external entities and the administration of faculty appointment terms.

The Faculty Pay Model describes the assumptions and methodology the University uses to administer regular payroll and regular payroll adjustments for all 9-, 10-, and 11-month faculty.
